What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: your name, email address and the content of your message. If you call us, we process your phone number as far as needed to reply.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data only to answer your enquiry and to arrange an order or delivery of honey. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed for our communication and any order, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. accounting records).
Recipients
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data is technically stored by our web hosting and email provider in the European Union, which processes it only on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. Fonts and other assets are loaded from our own server, without transferring data to external services.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send your request to info@opgdapis.hr. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or the supervisory authority in your country.
